When someone opens your site, they will see the floating chat widget. You will instantly see their location, referral details, and active page in your dashboard, with audio chime notifications.
If the client needs hands-on help (e.g. configuring Outlook), request a screen share or instruct them to click "Remote" in the chat bubble. They can download your pre-configured RustDesk client and enter their credentials. You can copy the credentials directly from the details panel and start remote keyboard/mouse control!
