To provide real-time support and dashboard analytics, our system gathers details about visitors on integrated websites:

• Presence Metadata: IP address, rough geographic location (country/city), ISP provider, browser type, and screen resolution.
• Navigation Logs: Visited URLs, page titles, original referral paths (e.g. search engines), and campaign UTM analytics.
• Chat logs: Text communications between the website visitor and the account administrator.
• Credentials: Voluntarily submitted third-party remote helper application details (Partner ID & Password).

2. Peer-to-Peer Screen Sharing

Our live screen sharing service runs strictly peer-to-peer (P2P) using WebRTC:

• Screen video streams are transmitted directly between the visitor's browser and the administrator's dashboard.
• No media stream data is relayed, processed, or stored on our servers.
• Screen sharing requires explicit visitor permission via the browser prompt before starting.

3. Data Protection and Multi-Tenancy

All client data is partitioned using isolated multi-tenant workspaces in Firebase. Website owners only possess read/write privileges to data originating from their own tenant configurations and widgets. Unauthenticated outside access is actively restricted at the database security level.

4. Cookie Consent

Our chat widget utilizes lightweight local storage variables to remember conversation threads and identify returning visitors for support consistency. We do not sell, rent, or distribute any user or visitor records to third-party advertising companies.
